Anaame is an online store that offers fashion accessories at excellent prices, offering soulful hand-painted artwork transformed into luxurious fabrics. Once you place an order, anaame.com will ship the product and be eligible to receive the payment for the product and services.

4. Precision or Accuracy of Products with Original Paintings

As Anaame has already mentioned, our handmade paintings are submitted on to luxurious fabric, and this process may result in slight differences from the original artwork. While we have made every effort to ensure color accuracy through the transformation process, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the colors of the painting. Variations may occur due to the transformation of hand painted art into fabric, which involves some adjustments in design, alignment and coloring. All sizes and measurements are approximate, although we strive for the highest level of precision, we also take reasonable steps to ensure that all product details, description and pricing are accurate as possible, but we cannot assure that the color shown on your device will perfectly match with the final product.

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logo, trademark and software is the property of Anaame and is protected by intellectual property law.

10. Pricing

We aim to provide you with the best price possible on products and ensure that all the pricing information on the website is accurate, but typographical errors may occur. If we identify that product listed on a website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing, Anaame may, at its discretion, contact you ASAP or cancel your order along with cancellation notification. The products listed on the website are only for personal consumption and not available for resale. Anomie will have the right to modify the prices of the product periodically without prior notice except for the orders which are already shipped.

11. Payment

Once we receive your order, we will conduct a pre-authorization check on your payment and in order to ensure that there will be sufficient funds. Goods will be dispatched only after the check is completed. For payment queries, please refer to our FAQs. There will be only online mode of payment since we don’t promote COD.

12. Delivery and Delivery charges

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation mail with a summary of order, including the estimated delivery time for your location. Please note deliveries may be delayed due to peak season or festival season or any other unforeseen circumstances and we cannot offer compensation for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays. But we can ensure that we will contact you proactively via mail.

Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders from Anaame. Anaame will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your product. If a customer is unreachable or refuses delivery during these attempts, Anaame reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the cancellation (via mail) including mentioning how to take.

13. Return & Refunds

At Anaame, we strive to provide you with unique and high quality orders to make products. Each item is carefully crafted with the creativity and passion of our artist. Hence we are not able to accept a return based on a change of mind. However if your item arrives damaged/defective at manufacturing level we are happy to offer a replacement. In case of refund we provide refund only in case of cancellation of order from your end before shipping of the product. For more info please visit our return policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at our sole discretion without notice, for violation of these terms of services or for any other reason. These terms of services are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
