01. Shipping & Payment
How long does an order take to ship?

Orders typically take 2-3 days to dispatch and deliver within 4-8 working days. We usually dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday during business hours and are closed on Public holidays. Please note the expected delivery might take longer in case of sale or peak seasons.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we provide free shipping across PAN India on all prepaid orders only.

How can I change my shipping Address?

Before your order is shipped, you can change your address by emailing us at anaame@gmail.com because once an order has been shipped we cannot provide you the facility to update your address.

Why is the COD option not appearing on the payment page?

Since Anaame is an artistic theme based platform and each item is made to order, hence we are unable to offer COD as payment option. You can make payment via card, Paytm, Netbanking and UPI.

02. Handling and care
How should I care for my Anamne Bags?

Keep the bag dry all the time – never soak it in water and for stains on printed canvas, lightly wipe the affected area with clean damp clothes. For man-made fabric leather, lightly dab with some greasy oil like coconut, Nivea or olive oil in moderation.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are totally made up from two things: first man made leather and second sustainable canvas sheet. We transformed the painting made by our artist into a canvas sheet in order to complete the luxurious bag.

03. Orders and Returns
Can I modify or make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before it’s shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the address and other details of any order cannot be updated.

How can I track my order?

If you are a registered user, simply login to your A/C on Anamne.com and navigate to the ‘orders’ section, choose the relevant order and you’ll find the tracking link on the order page. Another way to track your order is you will receive an email with the tracking number & details of the service provider once your order has been shipped.

How can I return, exchange or cancel my order?

At Anaame, we strive to provide you with unique and high quality products. Resultant we are unable to provide the facility of Exchange or return based on mind change as every design involves thoughtful emotion and aesthetic expression. However, if your item arrived damaged/defective (@ Manufacturing ground) we are happy to offer a replacement after inspection. For more please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

The entire shipment is missing, yet the message says it's delivered. What should I do?

Firstly check your shipping address from your order confirmation section and if it is correct then follow these steps to locate your order.
1. Ask your family or neighbor or security guard about the parcel.
2. Kindly contact your courier guy whether he has delivered the packet or not?
Still the issue hasn’t been resolved then please raise a query within 2 days from the day it marked as delivered. We will assure you that your query will resolve within 3-5 working days from the date of raising the query.
