Return Policy:

At Anaame, we strive to provide you with unique, high quality products. Each item is a carefully crafted piece, born from the creativity and passion of our artist. As such we are unable to accept return based on change of mind, as every design involves thoughtful emotions and artistic expression. However, if your item arrives manufacturing defect or damage, we would be happy to offer a replacement. 

Defect or wrong Product delivered

“If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at anaameart@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the product from all sides along with your order number. Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the next step if the item qualifies for a replacement. Please note that returns are not accepted in this case. The entire exchange request process is subject to inspection by our team and typically takes 7-8 working days, though this may vary depending on your shipping location.”

Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your order before it’s shipped please contact us at anaameast@gmail.com mentioning your order number. Please note once the order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

For the cancelled order, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original Bank A/c or Credit card used for the Purchase. Please note that it may take upto 10-15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Few key points need to be noted before proceeding the exchange:

 – your product must be unused and in their original condition

– in original packaging, with label intact and all accompanying accessories.

 – The subject in mail should be ‘Exchange/Replacement’, along with details of order date and order number, reason for exchange/replacement and photos in all angles.
